The Hide

Nestled in a distant corner of the farm, suspended in the canopy of ancient oak and ash, you will find our most recent and most exciting creation to date. The Hide offers an opportunity to completely unplug from daily routine in an immersive forest experience.

Approach down the winding, tree lined path, look out over the rolling valley through the natural clearing amongst the boughs, and feel the cares of the world fall away with the hillside in front of you.

Soak away the stress of modern living in our wood fired twin bathtub as you gaze upon the stars, allow the deep calm of the trees to drift you to a long and peaceful sleep, let the dawn chorus of birdsong awake you each morning , renew yourself as you breathe clean air in the hot outdoor shower and sustain yourself with a breakfast cooked over the wood fire.

The Hide sleeps four people in total, and you will find a sumptuous king sized bed in the wood cabin. Walk down the wooden steps and over the suspended bridge to the tree tent and you will find a further two single beds or a double. Both sleeping areas are heated with wood burning stoves to keep you cosy and warm. There is a bathroom with a flushing loo and a private outdoor shower. There is a fully equipped indoor kitchen with gas hobs, fridge and kettle, and outside, a wood fired pizza oven and fire pit barbecue for those long and lazy lunches or feasting in the dappled evening sun.

Please note there is a minimum two night stay.

Bedding is provided for the cabin but not for the Tree Tent.
