What we do with the information we gather:-

This information is forwarded to our [email protected] e-mail address along with your message. We then use the information as follows:-

• To respond to your enquiry
• If your enquiry goes on to become a booking, either in one of our holiday cottages, accommodation for Glastonbury Festival or a wedding on the farm, we would then ask for further details such as your home address in order to generate an invoice for payment. This would be then be emailed to you as a request for payment. This information would be stored securely
• If you ask to be added to our newsletter database your name and e-mail address will be logged in our email marketing system Campaign Monitor (see details below)
• The information gathered will not be passed on to any third parties unless you have booked to stay with us at Glastonbury Festival and in this instance, Glastonbury Festival Ltd require us to share with them the names of our guests and their registration numbers for festival tickets
• By consenting to this privacy policy you are giving us permission to process your data for the purposes identified above. You may withdraw consent at any time
