Our Mangalitza pigs are central to so much of what Our Mangalitza pigs are central to so much of what we do here on the farm, from the home cured charcuterie, to our Tuscan sausages cooking over fire for breakfast and the slow roasting of an aromatic porchetta. Our happy pigs are free to roam and forage from the hedgerows and pasture. We supplement this natural diet with a wonderful porridge of grains and peas from our friends @gothelneyfarmer - in winter we serve it nice and hot to warm their cockles on a frosty morn.
